Report from the anti racist congress in Cologne
At first we want to thank our supporters from Amsterdam, Freiburg, Bremen and very spontaneously from Heidelberg for the gerat effort you did to come and join us!!! It was great fun playing together!
There is lots of discussion on indymedia wether the blockade was a success or did just give a support the major of Cologne and the parties - WE all found that it WAS a success.
Over 10 000 people from all over Germany and Europe came to join the protest - this was far the biggest Event (...)

A video of RoR London, Sheffield and Manchester at the anti-war demo on 26th Sept 06
26th September 2006 - AntiWar demo in Manchester. Rhythms of Resistance London, Sheffield, Manchester join forces. Around 50 sambistas, playing the Kalashnikov tune. Because of the large number of sambistas 2 mestres were used - one at the front and one in the middle.
Tip: The mestre at the front communicated any changes (e.g. breaks etc) 4 beats before the break with to the 2nd mestre (by showing the (...)
