Rhythms of Resistance Köln

We are a samba-action-band, that developed itself from the cologne section of "noone is illegal" in 2002. We are part of the transnational network Rhythms of Resistance, that we discovered in 2003. For us, our street-samba-band is a strategic block, which uses the activating and supporting power of music in demonstrations and other political actions. We play and dance during any political actitivities that enough of us to form a band consider worth supporting. Such activities have been for example: anti-castor-actions, antifa-actions, reclaim-the-street or anti-sexist and anti-racist demonstrations
